I’m delighted to be part of Bolton’s third Food and Drink Festival.
This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever – this year there’s a real drive on healthy eating and looking after yourself and there’ll be a live cookery theatre on Victoria Square. I’ll be there on Friday 29th August to officially launch the festival but I’ll also be doing a couple of cooking demos, so make sure you get yourself there for the tastings!
Both my restaurants, Greens in Didsbury and Earle in Hale, enjoy the benefits of using excellent local and regional produce. I feel privileged to live and work in an area where there is such an abundance of fresh food and diversity of suppliers.
So come to the Bolton Food and Drink Festival to see what’s on the menu, there’ll be lots of great free events including cooking demos, food sampling, entertainment and offers galore at restaurants and bars. The one thing you’ll realise when you get to Bolton is that it really is tasty up North!
